Oxton Village Hall is now using an on-line booking system hosted by ‘Hallmaster’ and this website is accessible by clicking on the following link https://v2.hallmaster.co.uk/Admin
In the first instance of using Hallmaster please would you create your own password using the following instructions.

The Car Park is free to users of the Village Hall & Recreation area. If you wish to use the car park for other events please contact the Booking Clerk.
Oxton residents receive a 25% discount. Only one discount is available per hire
period.
Our new booking system through Hallmaster will calculate the invoice value including any discounts. Please refer to the link above for the “Conditions of Hire”.
Block bookings, for which a discount may be available, may be made on Hallmaster or if you have a query with the Caretaker/Booking Clerk Tel. 07729 414123
The Management Committee have set a range of Security Bonds payable by hirers in certain circumstances, where payable these will be refunded following the hire in accordance with the Conditions of Hire.

Hi Oxenton, I live in Longburton, a village in Dorset, and we are planning to build a new village hall. To this end we have had a quote for Quantity Surveyor services from Michael Jones who has cited his work on your village hall as a reference.

Would you let me have your views on the work he did for you – if you have any?
