The Projection House’s second film night at the Green Dragon was another success.
Over 30 people braved the Arctic weather on Monday 3rd December to enjoy Salmon Fishing in The Yemen. The fact that the film was set in warmer, sunnier climes helped dispel the gloom of the winter night.
The buffet provided was also popular and is something we will consider again for the future.
Thanks as ever are due to the pub and its staff and to all the volunteers in the Projection House team for their hard work.
Whilst the future of the Green Dragon is uncertain we are certainly planning on holding further film nights there in the new year, circumstances permitting.
Our next film night will be on Saturday 15th December in the Village Hall, where we will be showing Polar Express and It’s A Wonderful Life. Free mulled wine and mince pies will be available. Tickets as usual from the Village Shop, Roy Walker or Ethel Cottee.
